Wild Yoga Journey
These three day walking journeys explore the stunning landscapes of the Scottish Highlands. Yoga is offered throughout the journey as a means to connect with yourself and your surroundings and to relax and unwind.
Wild camping is a great way to switch off from the everyday and embrace a wilder way of living. You do not need any previous experience of wild camping, all the camping equipment and food is provided for you.
Wild Yoga Loch Ossian
Escape to the tranquil shores of Loch Ossian and experience autumn in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Four days of quiet wanderings and mindful movement in this big and beautiful landscape.
Enjoy a combination of guided walking, movement practices and nature based mindfulness. There will also be opportunities for wild swimming and creative activities such as journaling and sketching.
